Shipping
- When do you ship orders?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday*, using
Expedited or Next Business Day shipping will be shipped on the same business
day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

- Can I change the delivery address?

You can change a delivery address as you are placing your order. After an order

delivery date of my order(s)?

Our current shipping options are:
Standard: delivery in approximately 5 - 7 business days (US)
Expedited: delivery in approximately 2 - 3 business days
(US)
Next Business Day: delivery in 1 business day (US) .
Please note that the only option that can allow a specific delivery date is
Next Business Day. All other delivery schedules are approximates and are

- What is CSC?

The card security code (CSC) is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on a credit
card. On most cards, the CSC appears on the back of the card - usually in the
signature area. It appears after all or part of your
credit card number.
Note: American Express cards usually have this on the front of the card and
calls this your "CID"

in my Fiori Belli Wallet will other people have access to it?

No. Your stored information is encrypted. To make a purchase you must login

- I want to create a list of items
I want but plan on buying later, can I do this? And if so, how?

Yes, you can create a ‘Saved List’ of items that you would like to buy later.
This list can be found in the ‘Your Account’ area on the site. You can add
items to your saved list by doing the following:

Select the item you want to save

Click on the button that says ‘Add Selections to Your Cart’

Once you are at the shopping cart content page, you have the option to purchase
the item or to save it.

- Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed the fulfillment process is started, therefore after an
order is placed we cannot cancel the order. If you decide you do not want the

- What method do I have to ship the return item
back to you?

a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA will contain step by
step instructions regarding returns. Return shipping labels are sent
electronically by email so please make sure that you can receive email from us
(fioribelli.com), and established shipping carriers such as UPS (ups.com),
FedEx (fedex.com), etc., specially if you are using some type of anti-spam

- What if I don’t have a printer to print out the
return label?

We can alternatively send a return label by regular mail. Instructions will be

Technical Issues
- What is zoom and how do I use it?
-
Our zoom feature allows you to view intricate details of our items. You can use
zoom by clicking on the "CLICK TO ZOOM" link or the picture of the item. This
will open a new window where you can use zoom features.
In the new window, you can:

a. click on the picture directly to zoom in on the area you clicked
b. drag (click then drag) the picture to view/move to a different area
-
c. alternatively use the zoom control buttons
**This feature requires a current version of Macromedia Flash Player
and Javascript enabled browsers.

- I have not
received email from Fiori Belli
-
Email is the primary method of communication used by Fiori Belli. This includes
important messages sent to you during the normal course of doing business with
Fiori Belli (order confirmations, account alerts, etc.).
Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for any system outages that may
have prevented your receipt of email. If you, or your ISP, employ email
filters, ensure that these are properly configured to accept email from Fiori
Belli ("fioribelli.com" domain) or some similar manner.
Additionally, you will receive important delivery related email
directly from established freight carriers such as UPS (ups.com)
and FedEx (fedex.com). Please make the necessary adjustments to your email
filters.
Important:
Please note that we will not be responsible for any delay, missed communication
or any other issue related to your (or your ISP's) use of email
filters/anti-spam software or services. Please consult your provider or
software vendor's documentation for instructions on how to properly
configure settings of your email filter software or service.

- How do I care for my silk flower?

With proper care, your new Fiori Belli flowers can last for many seasons. Your
Fiori Belli arrangement was designed for indoor use. When possible, display in
areas that are cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. High humidity and direct
sunlight can fade colors and permanently damage you arrangement.

- Are your flowers real?

No. Our products are faithful reproductions of real flowers, fruits, etc. Each
item is carefully hand-crafted to be botanically correct - which lends to
subtle variations between flowers.
Exceptions to this standard are our "stylized" items that are designed for
a specific look (e.g. beaded/glazed) or have a different finish.
