Fiori Belli offers a 30-day unconditional return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price, as long as the item is in its original shipping box and is in its original, re-saleable condition. For credit card purchases, a credit will be issued to the purchaser's credit card within thirty (30) days of our receipt and inspection of the item. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Fiori Belli will replace items that arrive damaged. Damaged items must be reported to Fiori Belli by email or telephone call within thirty (30) days of receipt. Damaged items must be shipped back to Fiori Belli within fifteen (15) days of notification to Fiori Belli. If, after inspection, Fiori Belli approves the return of the damaged item, Fiori Belli will replace it and refund the customer's return postage costs.
